So now you’ve taken that important first step, what can you expect from me?
I will listen to what you have to say about how you’re feeling and what you want to change or stop. I will do this in a non judgemental way, and if I feel I can help will discuss with you how Hypnotherapy works and with your agreement will draw up a treatment plan to help address your issue.

There are no hard and fast rules about how many sessions this will take. Sometimes we can get resolution in one or two sessions but often it may take a little longer. Regardless of your issue, I am totally committed to getting the best results possible for you.

My name is Michael Rolls and I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and member of the Hypnotherapy Society. Through controlled weight loss therapy, I help clients to lose weight at a manageable rate and once achieved, keep to their desired weight for good.I also specialise in treating Anxiety and Stress and Self Esteem and Confidence issues. I work with Phobias and help people stop such habits as Smoking and Overeating.
Essentially I help my clients to change their unwanted behaviours so that they can lead more fulfilling and rewarding lives through the use of hypnotherapy and other appropriate counselling techniques.
